All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has shipped.
 

Domestic Shipping

• Delivery Locations: We offer deliveries on St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix.

• Delivery Timeframes: Deliveries are typically completed within 7 business days after order processing.
   

International Shipping

• Delivery Locations: We ship medical and laboratory supplies by air and sea daily throughout the Caribbean, including but not limited to:

  • Tortola

  • Anguilla

  • Antigua

  • Barbados

  • Dominica

  • Nevis

  • Montserrat

  • St. Kitts

  • St. Lucia

  • St. Martin / Sint Maarten

  • St. Vincent

  • Trinidad and Tobago
     

• Delivery Timeframes: Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method. Customers will receive an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.
   

Shipping Costs

• Domestic Deliveries: Free on St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix.

• International Deliveries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
